Who is the Data Controller of your data?

The Data Controller of the data collected through this site is Magicleader Srl, with registered office in Ravenna (RA), via Alberoni, 8 / C, VAT number 02355470390 (hereinafter also the "Owner"). The updated list of those authorized to process and external managers is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller.

 

Why do we process your data and when do we collect it?

Navigation data

While browsing our website we collect some personal data of users, for example the IP address of the PC, or the domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI / URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and others parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

Data Relating to the Service

On our site there is also a "contact us" area that you can use to ask us for information: if you decide to write to us, we will also process your personal and contact data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail address). On the site it is also possible to subscribe to our newsletter, by putting the appropriate flag at the bottom of the forms "Contacts", "Request demo", "Partnership"; in this case we will process your name, surname and email address. If you want to apply to work with us, in the appropriate section, you can fill in the form and upload your resume and send it to our recruiters: in this case we will only process the data necessary for the evaluation of the application.

 

What does the law allow us to do?

The European Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) allows us to process the various types of data that we have highlighted above for the following purposes:

Navigation data We use them for statistical purposes, to improve our site, to protect the safety of users' navigation. These data do not allow your identification. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest and that of the user (Article 6 letter f) GDPR).
Navigation data (cookie) We also collect data for the purpose of analyzing and processing information relating to the user, your preferences, habits, consumption choices and / or browsing experiences. This activity is carried out through the use of technologies such as cookies (own or third party). “Contacts” area (Data relating to the service) We process your contact data such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail in order to process your contact request. The GDPR allows us to process these data without your consent because they are used to fulfill pre-contractual measures (Article 6 letter b) GDPR). You can always decide not to provide us with the data but you will not be able to send us any request for a quote.
“Request Demo” area We process your personal contact data released during the compilation of the demo, on the basis of a pre-contractual measure (Article 6 letter b) GDPR) to respond to your request for demonstration of the management software. The subsequent processing of personal data, such as the use of the email to send the link useful for connecting to the video call for the training session, are all aimed at providing the requested service. Once the demo is over, your personal data and your email address, even if you decide not to purchase the management software license, are processed for e-mail marketing purposes on the basis of your consent (Article 6 letter a) GDPR) expressed through the "flag" issued at the bottom of the "Request Demo" form. In the event that you do not provide your consent, we will write to you only in relation to the product tested in demo, you can still unsubscribe at any time (Article 6 letter f) GDPR).
“Newsletter” area (Data relating to the service)
Collection of data in order to send newsletters and information material on company activities. The treatments put in place for these purposes are carried out with the specific consent provided by the user. We process this data on the basis of your consent expressed through the "flag" at the bottom of the "Contacts", "Request demo", "Partnership" (Article 6 letter a) GDPR) form and / or on the basis of a legitimate interest of the owner to keep you informed of offers and promotions reserved only for you as our customer: we will only write to you in relation to products of your probable interest and you can still unsubscribe at any time (Article 6 letter f) GDPR).
“Work with us” area (Data relating to the service) We process the data that you deem appropriate to send us to apply to work with us, such as, of course, those relating to your training and your professional background; furthermore, we may also become aware of your most sensitive data (eg belonging to protected categories, ethnic origin). The GDPR allows us to process these data without your consent because they are used to fulfill pre-contractual measures (Article 6 letter b) GDPR) and to evaluate your work suitability (Article 9 letter b) GDPR)

 

How do we process your data?

The processing of your data takes place through the use of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality, and can be carried out both through our website and through other electronic tools (for example internal management) and sometimes also with the use of paper supports. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of this Website may have access to the data, for example administrative, commercial staff, system administrators, etc. or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, in the cases provided for by the law, as Data Processors on our part. How long do we keep your data?

Navigation data: the data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiry, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there are other purposes for their conservation. The Owner has no control over cookies entirely managed by third parties and does not have access to the information collected through these cookies. Service Data:

  • Data relating to the "Contacts" Area: The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the request sent;
  • Data relating to the "Request Demo" Area: In the event that you give us your consent to receive commercial communications, the data will be kept until consent is revoked (opt-out). If you do not give your consent, and do not become our customer, your data will be kept for a period of 18 months;
  • Data relating to the "Newsletter" Area: The data are kept as long as an interest of the Data Controller remains in their conservation and, in any case, up to an opt-out;
  • Data relating to the candidacies: The data will be kept for 48 months, however, curricula related to the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner may be kept further. These are curricula containing particular skills for highly specialized corporate roles.

 

Where are your data?

The treatments we carry out with your personal data relating to the Service take place on European soil. We have chosen partners who would allow us to keep data within the Union, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation. Through the installation of cookies (for more information on cookies read our cookie policy), your Browsing Data (IP address) may instead be transferred outside the European Union, and in particular in the United States (by way of example and not exhaustive, Google) with the appropriate guarantee measures.

 

Who accesses your data?
